Returns & Withdrawal Policy

Products — 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

• You can cancel your online product purchase within 14 days after delivery.
• Return items unused and in original packaging. You pay return shipping unless defective.
• We refund within 14 days after receiving the return (same payment method, minus any diminished value).

Exceptions

• Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene once unsealed.
• Goods that by nature are mixed with other items after delivery (e.g., certain building materials).

Services

• The 14-day right ends once service performance starts with your explicit prior consent. If you cancel before start, reasonable preparation costs may apply.
• Change requests are handled via our change-order process and may alter pricing/timeline.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@bouwhaven.nl with order number and items.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA number.
3. Send the package tracked; keep the receipt.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please report within 48h of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange repair, replacement or refund as required.
