What we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, address.
• Project details and communications.
• Order, delivery and payment information (handled by our payment provider).
• Website usage (cookies/analytics, see Cookies below).

Why we collect it (legal bases)

• To provide quotes, perform contracts and deliver services/products (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To comply with legal duties (tax/records) (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Our legitimate interests: improve services, prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• With your consent for marketing or certain cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Sharing

We share data with processors such as hosting, email, analytics and payment/fulfilment partners under data processing agreements. We don’t sell your data.

International transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purpose: project and invoice records typically 7 years (tax rules), marketing data until you opt out, and support emails for a reasonable period.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.
• Withdraw consent at any time (doesn’t affect past processing).
• Complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
